FiveIron Golf – Boston
Five Iron Golf is an urban indoor golf experience that combines Trackman golf powered simulator bays with a bar, restaurant, PGA professional instructors and dedicated spaces for events. Founded in 2017, it began as a way for golf enthusiasts to enjoy the sport year-round regardless of weather (or daylight) conditions, but also as a more inclusive approach of the game which has totally re-shaped urban golf culture. As of 2023, Five Iron golf has become the most popular indoor golf network with more than 20 locations in major U.S cities, including one in Boston near the Old State house.

CityGolf Boston
City Golf Boston is located in Boston’s financial district, Downtown. Created in 1997, CityGolf is an experienced indoor golfing venue that offers a variety of services and amenities for players: simulator bay rentals, indoor putting green, individual and group golf lessons (with a whole team of PGA professional instructors), club fitting for all major brands, simulator installations, golf events, junior programs, and consulting.

If you don’t own golf clubs or can’t bring your equipment, the team will provide you with all the gear you need for your lesson or indoor range session. Simulator rental rates start at $35 for half an hour and $65 for an hour. The venue is open for guests, but several membership tiers are possible.
MIT Recreation
As the venue’s name indicates, MIT Recreation is part of Boston’s Area2/MIT neighborhood. Also called the Rudovsky Indoor Golf Range, you can find one golf simulator bay powered by TrackMan 4, which you can rent for 1 hour (and another hour for a group of 2 golfers).
Complimentary golf clubs are available for players who don’t have their gear or are new to the sport and have yet to purchase any clubs. Golf lessons are available for customers who wish to work on their game with a PGA Golf Instructor (private or group).
Rates are $53/hr for guests and $45/hr for members. Reservations can be made online, in person, or with the app.
X-Golf Burlington
X-Golf has more than 80 locations in the U.S. where you can play golf on simulators all year-round, including several venues in Massachusetts and in the Boston suburbs:
