These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website screengolfers.com (the "Site"), operated by Screengolfers OÜ, a company registered in Estonia under registration number 16967267 ("Screengolfers", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
Screengolfers operates an online directory of indoor golf venues. The Site allows users to browse venue listings, and allows venue owners or authorized representatives to create accounts to list and manage their venues.
2. User Accounts
2.1 Registration
You may create an account using an email address and password, or through a third-party social login provider (such as Google). You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account credentials secure.
2.2 Account responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
2.3 Venue claiming
If you are the owner or authorized representative of a venue listed on the Site, you may claim that listing by verifying your association with the venue through our verification process. We reserve the right to request proof of ownership or authorization before granting control of a listing.
2.4 Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
3. User Content
3.1 Content you submit
By submitting content to the Site (venue descriptions, images, contact details, or other materials), you grant Screengolfers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site.
3.2 Content standards
You agree not to submit content that:
- Is false, misleading, or inaccurate
- Infringes any third party's intellectual property rights
- Contains defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material
- Includes malware, spam, or unsolicited commercial messages
- Impersonates another person or entity
3.3 Content removal
We reserve the right to remove or modify any user-submitted content at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
4. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Products

5. Venue Listings and Accuracy
5.1 Directory information
Venue listings on the Site are compiled from publicly available sources and venue owner submissions. While we strive to keep listings accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any listing information, including operating hours, pricing, amenities, or availability.
5.2 No endorsement
Inclusion of a venue in the directory does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Screengolfers. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by any listed venue.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our content
All content on the Site that is not user-submitted (including text, design, logos, graphics, software, and the underlying database of venue information) is owned by or licensed to Screengolfers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Site without our prior written consent
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
- Use the Site or its content for any commercial purpose without authorization
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or connected systems

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.

13. Severability
