It's easy to do, and it takes less than 5 minutes!
1 - Create an account

First step is to create an account with your name, email address, and a password.
A confirmation code will be sent to you by email. Confirm the code, and your account is created. You can now login to access your dashboard.
You can also sign up using your Google account.
2 - Business information

Welcome to your Screengolfers dashboard! The next step is to indicate your business name, and send us a valid business document.
It can be an invoice, a utility bill, a license, a lease, an insurance policy, proof of ownership. Any valid document you can think of, and that you have at your disposal will do.
We need to confirm your business is real, and that you're authorized to represent it. This helps us prevent fake accounts, and misuse while keeping the platform safe for everyone.
3 - Claim your venue

First, check if we have already listed your venue among +1700 facilities.
Click on "claim "venue", select your country, and write the name of your venue in the search bar.
If you find your venue in the results, then click on claim. If not, skip this step, and go to the next one.
Verify it's you, then click "Submit claim".
Our team immediately receives an email to review the claim, and we validate as soon as we see receive the notification, during business hours.
As soon as the claim is validated, you will receive an email notification, and you will be able to fully manage, and update your business information at any time!
PRO TIP: For franchises, and indoor golf businesses with several locations, you can manage all of your locations with the same account, inside the same dashboard!
4 - Create a venue page

If your venue has not been listed yet, then click on "create a venue".
A form will open, and you will be able to indicate your business information, as well as upload an image (landscape format will render better), and showcase your services & amenities:
- name
- phone
- website
- description
- location
- address
- opening hours
- services & amenities
- venue image (inside, or outside, whatever you prefer)
Click on confirm.
Our team immediately receives an email to review the listing, and we validate as soon as we see receive the notification, during business hours.
As soon as your page is validated, you can freely manage, and update your information at any time.
PRO TIP: You can add coworkers as additional users to co-manage or delegate the management of your pages.

5 - Booking software

Last step is optional, but strongly recommended.
